  • Clinic name, clinic address, clinic website URL, and city or service area
  • Details related to your request, project scope, services offered, or operational questions
  • Any other information you choose to share in messages or during consultations

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we may receive:

  • Device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent
  • Cookies and similar technologies used for basic Site functionality and analytics

Information from clients during a project. If you become a client, we may receive additional materials needed to deliver Services, such as clinic photos, doctor bios, service descriptions, booking preferences, existing website content, Google Business Profile access, and similar operational details.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to inquiries and prepare or conduct discovery calls
  • Build, deliver, support, and improve the Services we provide to clients
  • Communicate about projects, scheduling, deliverables, billing, support, and service updates
  • Send SMS messages if you have opted in (see Section 4)

We do not sell personal information.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent records may be shared only with service providers strictly to operate the website, CRM, booking, messaging, support, analytics, and client service systems on our behalf.

If you opt in to SMS communications by checking the consent box on a form or otherwise expressly agreeing, you authorize Dial To Deal to send text messages to the mobile number you provide.

  • Costs: message and data rates may apply through your carrier

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase
  • Carrier disclaimer: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
